House Parents

Job description:  Boys & Girls Harbor is looking for married couples that want to make a difference in a child's life, and be a positive role model to residents in their care.  This is a wonderful position for a mature couple with or without school-aged children of their own.

Responsibilities include:  all roles and responsibilities of a parent, including the provision of material needs, physical needs, emotional needs and disciplinary needs.  Prepare meals, administer and document medications, provide transportation for residents in a Harbor-assigned vehicle.  Facilitate on-going relationships with other residents and their families.  For more information, visit www.boysandgirlsharbor.org.

Requirements:  Legally married for a minimum of two years, some college preferred, ability to pass a background check.
